Object and acceptance
Only items in the section can be purchased online Store which show the price and a purchase button. The rest of the catalog is for informational purposes only: price and availability can be checked in-store.
By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age and accepts these terms and conditions, which they must mark as read before confirming the purchase. They can save or print them at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
Purchase process
- Add the items to your cart and click "Checkout".
- Enter your billing and delivery details, and choose your shipping and payment method.
- Review the order summary: you can correct any data or errors until that point.
- Accept these conditions and press the order confirmation button, which implies an obligation to pay.
You will receive an email with your order confirmation and details. The contract is in Spanish and your order is on file; you can request a copy at any time.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and are the final price the customer pays for the item, including taxes. Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown before order confirmation and added to the total.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but each order is charged at the price in effect at the time it is placed. If, due to an obvious error, an item is listed with a clearly incorrect price, we will notify you, and you can confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.
Payment methods
- Bank transfer. After confirming your order, you will see the bank details, which are also included in the confirmation email. Please include your order number in the payment reference. Your order will be processed once we receive payment; if we do not receive it within 7 calendar days, the order will be cancelled.
- Pay in store. Only available with "Store Pickup": you pay when you pick up your order at La Ronda 1, Castro Urdiales.
Shipping, collection and delivery times
- Home delivery: only within Spain, at a cost of €10 per order.
- In-store pickup: Free. We'll notify you when your order is ready. You can pick it up Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from payment confirmation, with a maximum of 30 calendar days. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately. You can either wait or cancel the order, in which case we will refund your payment within 14 days.
Please check the package upon receipt and notify us of any damage or missing items as soon as you notice them.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days From the moment you receive the items, no justification is needed. You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You can bring them to the store or send them to La Ronda 1, 39700 Castro Urdiales (Cantabria), Spain. If you send them, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund all payments made, including standard shipping, within 14 days, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items.
You cannot cancel services already provided with your express consent (for example, a sharpening already performed), nor can you cancel sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Warranty
The items have the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years From the date of delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users). If an item has a defect, please contact us. You are entitled to its repair or replacement and, if this is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or installation.

If you are not satisfied, you can contact the consumer services of your autonomous community or the Municipal Consumer Information Office.

We use order data only to process, deliver, invoice, and handle warranty and returns, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising with a consumer will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of their domicile.
