Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase contract without needing to provide justification, counting from the day on which you or an authorized third party other than the carrier acquired physical possession of the goods (or of the last item, if the order was delivered in parts).
To exercise this right, you must notify your decision to Gomez Brothers Hardware Store, SC. (CIF J39046073 · La Ronda 1, 39700 Castro Urdiales, Cantabria) clearly and unequivocally, for example by writing to ferregomezcastro@gmail.com or via the electronic form. Use of the model withdrawal form (Annex IB) is optional.
In accordance with the Directive (EU) 2023/2673 —transposed in Spain by the Article 11 bis of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007)— we make available to you a electronic withdrawal function which allows you to exercise this right easily:

Upon submitting the application, you will receive an email confirmation with the date and time, and a verification code which constitutes proof of withdrawal.
Refund
We will refund all payments received, including shipping costs (excluding any additional costs for choosing a more expensive shipping method), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days Once we are informed of the decision, we will use the same payment method you used; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return.
Product return
You must return it without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal, to: Gómez Brothers Hardware Store, SC — La Ronda 1, 39700 Castro Urdiales (Cantabria). You are responsible for the direct costs of the return. You will be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the asset.
Exceptions
According to Article 103 of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007 (Article 16 of the Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others, the supply of personalized goods or goods made to the consumer's specifications, perishable goods, goods sealed for hygiene or health reasons unsealed after delivery, and digital content unlocked with express consent.
